Wilson created Louis Vuitton's first-ever basketball.
After launching a collab with NBA, Louis Vuitton continues digging into the '90s (and current) basketball mania.
The collection celebrates the impact the sport has on pop & apparel culture as a whole. One of the highlights is the Wilson basketball designed by Virgil Abloh.
If you look closely, you can check the brands' logos and the NBA insignia debossed with LV's iconic monogram, all crafted by Wilson with Louis Vuitton's premium leather traditionally used only for their luggage.
Limited edition, the first-ever LV x NBA basketballs are arriving in Summer 2021 in both a life-size version and a small-scale collector's item with a trunk-inspired hoop.
And speaking of leather used for luggage, they'll award to the 2021 NBA Finals Champions a bespoke LV Travel Case for the second year in a row. Do not forget that Wilson is now the official NBA game ball supplier. It all fits.
