The latest Gucci sneakers are secret Santa-proof. Here's why.
Gucci's Aria collection celebrating the 100 years of the brand keeps on getting new layers just in time for holidays shopping sprees.
After we saw Lady Gaga wearing that trench coat with leather detailing, which explored the best when it comes to logomania, it was time to see that on kicks.
With a chunky silhouette that isn't leaving designers minds any time soon, the new sneakers have that office party feel Gucci also explored last year with a gift guide any secret Santa would be happy to get.
One of Gucci's biggest bets for the season is the GG sneaker. The drop comes in men's and women's sizing with the logo embossed in leather with smooth details from the premium material that is evident even in the kicks' sole.
Another design that has that main character vibe is the drop with Original GG canvas and tonal leather trim that carries that classic Gucci aesthetic from start to finish.
As you may remember, the Aria collection was created in partnership with Demna Gvasalia from Balenciaga. That's why the whole collection is clearly very sophisticated (something pretty normal for Gucci) but also shows off bold and playful designs — the core of Balenciaga.
This collab resulted in pieces like The Hacker Project Triple S sneaker, which unveils both brands' codes, such as Balenciaga's Flora print ivory and multicolor leather and Gucci's embroidered logo on the side.
Easy to build outfits around them any time of the day.
