Harley-Davidson's first-ever e-bike
2021 is probably coming in an electric ride. 'Cause even HARLEY-DAVIDSON is taking its heritage further.
Having the company's oldest known motorcycle from 1903 made by the very own William S. Harley and Arthur Davidson as inspiration — the so-called "Serial Number One" —, HD's first premium electric bikes will arrive in spring 2021 with the same name.
Serial 1 Cycle, a company powered by Harley-Davidson, didn't have to spill many details to leave pretty clear how the brand new set of e-bicycles stands out because of its initiative and looks.
Known for world-class design and engine power, THIS NEW STEP IS PART OF THE PATH TO SOLVE URBAN MOBILITY PROBLEMS. Details like the handle and seat in leather bring the brand's timeless design to the forefront while providing a comfortable cycling.
"When Harley-Davidson first put power to two wheels in 1903, it changed how the world moved, forever. We hope to once again change how cyclists and the cycling-curious move around their world with a Serial 1 e-Bicycle," says Aaron Frank, brand director for Serial 1 Cycle.
Now open for pre-orders, the e-bikes go from U$3,399 to U$4,999 with a battery that ranges from 25 to 115 miles, depending on the mode and terrain you'll explore.
