Revamping is the new exclusive
After Kiko Kostadinov and Camper got together for a collab, we can still catch the boldness & uniqueness of their partnership in their new drops.
For CAMPER's new AW20 collection, the iconic archive silhouettes such as the Chelsea or Derby of the Mallorcan House are revamped and displayed as sculptural items, alongside features of an antique house in a lookbook.
The colorful range of footwear includes boots, sneakers, derby shoes, women’s heels, and more.
If you did not get a chance to get yours, now it's your time to cop them. And if you have your pairs from old times, we're sure they are still in your closet, cause these quality leather pieces can pass through generations. The timelessness pierces the materials used in the craft to designs that don't ever get out of style — they just needed a little twist.
Sheathed in a retro look and a combination of leather and textiles, the SIMON has a square toe design. With layered suede, leather, and textile uppers, it's available in red, yellow, and green, blending a retro aesthetic with an athletic feel.
In contrast to the playful Simon, GROUND sneakers stand out from the crowd for their sole developed in collaboration with Michelin. Their canvas upper is accentuated with metallic details and a wrap-around seam that improves durability. The silhouette is available in multicolored leather, with a burgundy sole, as well as b&w.
For a more minimalist take on rugged footwear, the TRAKTORI boots and Derby shoes arrive in monochrome tones. Inspired by the boots worn by Mallorcan farmers, the shoes boast leather uppers.
With a toe knot, the JUANITA is a remake of women’s heels in a 4.0 sculptured version. Redefined women’s heels feature a molded heel or a pump with a wedged heel.
To finish, the GETA (下駄) inspired shoes bring to life the traditional Japanese footwear form, but with a comfy touch. The turquoise blue leather flip-flop sandals have a squared design and foam footbed. If not enough, they come with split-toe tabi socks made of embossed organic cotton in matching color.
