Actress Hunter Schafer stole the spotlight at the Met Gala.

Met Gala is not all about dressing up according to the theme. First because the guests don’t seem to care about it and secondly because there’s more to come after the red carpet finishes.

But, just ICYMI, 2021’s gala theme chosen for celebs to explore through their fits was In America: A Lexicon Of Fashion and you can still watch them here.

We’ll never know for sure what happens inside there, but Hunter Schafer, who played Jules on HBO MAX Euphoria, along with Evan Mock, skateboarder and Akeno Menzies in the Gossip Girl reebot, seem to be ready for a future we can’t even picture yet.

Dressed in a matching silver embellished leather set by Prada, Schafer gave the public a real moment to remember, with a futuristic look complemented by white contacts and a spider-shaped headpiece.

Evan Mock came up with a bold choice that didn’t reveal his identity and pink hairstyle at first, wearing a leather mask with spikes on the top by Thom Browne and claiming shorts as formal wear because that’s it. Period.
