The Loft by Jeffrey Tanete.
There are few cases in which having a completely dark apartment is a good choice, very few, and this project is an example of how to do it. The Loft is a digital creation by Australian architect Jeffrey Tanete, so it doesn't really exist, but it should.
The interior mixes elements that Tanete's used in other projects, such as a great use of natural light, dark color palette, industrial aesthetics, and of course, lots of leather furn. That's because, if you're going to invest in a minimal footprint on lighting, you should do the same with furniture.
The Loft was made with 2 floors. On the second one, there's a mezzanine where you can find a black leather bed shining alone, very minimalistic. In the Bedroom UK and Penthouse projects, it’s clear that he really enjoys using this material in beds and headboards.
Downstairs, the kitchen and living room occupy the same space, separated only by a cozy smooth brown leather sofa facing the fireplace. Let's go with a black palette?
Tbilisi and its leather furniture rlly exist.
