Singer is bringing Porsche 911s money can't buy.
There are things that the money involved in the purchase is not in any way a relevant part of the final product. That's the case of the incredibly exclusive creations by Singer Vehicle Design.
Globally known for transforming Porsche 911s in a bespoke air-cooled restoration, Singer's team value attention to detail to the max, or as their mantra says: "everything is important."
The mind behind Singer is Rob Dickinson, a former musician that joined forces with Williams Advanced Engineering, Singer's major partner, to conduct a full aero study of the world’s finest air-cooled engine — all matching the car's carefully crafted leather interior.
The 911 you're seeing in these images is part of a portfolio of more than 75 unique cars. This one especially comes with an orange leather interior that embraces that true feel of an immersive experience in a Singer crafted just for you. The details go from the rear-facing ‘S’ logo on the rear strut brace to the gold-trimmed central rev-counter to give an ostentatious feel to the smooth design.
As Rob himself said, "I think the world is a better place for nut jobs like us to be around doing this." And we agree.
The prices for the endless handwork at each custom start at US$1.8m. Not the cheapest, but it makes sense for a car created with legacy in mind, as they will for sure be historically important for decades to come. Incredible leather interiors included.
Artists like Khyzyl Saleem, who also did this reimagination of the Mercedes 300SL Gullwing, also find endless inspiration in Singer's designs.
