MJ's Chicago Mansion Through Travis Scott's New Music Video
For his latest music video, FRANCHISE, Travis Scott picked a well-known location for Chicago Bulls fans. The video was shot at Michael Jordan's Chicago mansion in Highland Park.
Featuring Young Thung & M.I.A., the video opens with scenes from the Last Dance documentary before Scott pulls up to the iconic "23" gates.
The court that already set a standard for other professional basketball players, and even served as a reference for singer Drake in his Toronto home, is now part of the video's prime shot.
And it is not MJ x Scott's first collaboration, the rapper has been part of the Nike and Air Jordan family since 2017. In this shot, on the court floor, Scott's brand name is formed by all the pairs of sneakers ever made for Cactus Jack x Air Jordan collabs.
This development may lead to the selling of the 56,000-square-foot property that has been on sale since 2012. Originally placed on the market for $29 million, the home is currently listed at $14.8 million.
The Franchise music video was directed by Travis Scott himself and the song is considered to be a hint of Scott's upcoming album.
