Jaden is back and just dropped a new music video
The artist formerly known as JADEN SMITH, now known just as Jaden, is back and just dropped a new music video.
He has gotten into the quaran-tune game with the appropriately-titled new track Cabin Fever, produced by BURNS (Lady Gaga, A$AP Rocky, PARTYNEXTDOOR), coming alongside the announcement that his third installment of The Cool Cafe: Cool Tape collection is right around the corner.
It's time to feel the breeze and watch Jaden’s new music video above.
The song is upbeat yet reflective and acts as his self-proclaimed love song for quarantine. He drives up Pacific Coast Highway in a vintage car with its top down, featuring a custom paint job splattered with multi-colored geometric patterns. The car used in the Cabin Fever video is a 1966 MG MGB Roadster with a custom rainbow paint job and a WAVYBBY plate, plus a full leather interior.
The artist released The Cool Cafe: Cool Tape Vol. 1 in 2012 and CTV2 in 2014. His new mixtape and his next project otherwise known as CTV3 will be his first full-length since 2019’s ERYS.
“Internally for me, it doesn’t differ that much because I’m still trying to make the best thing that I’ve ever made, he told Zane Lowe on Apple Music.
“It’s not like, ‘Yo, this is just a mixtape.’ I’m still trying to make the best thing that I’ve ever made. Really the only distinction is the timelines I would say for me personally", said Jaden for NME.
