Gucci x The North Face: the coldest collab
Back in September, we got the tiniest taste of a collab reveal that excited many: Gucci x The North Face.
The highly anticipated partnership has finally dropped, just in time to treat that post-holiday winter chill. As the debut collab for Gucci designer Alessandro Michele since his start with the brand in 2015, expectations were high ― and the reveal definitely matched the hype.

Maximalist style characteristic of both Gucci and Michele's works easily with the premium durability of the outdoor brand's product line, featuring 70s-esque bold patterns and bright colors inspired by nature's organic beauty. The varied collection offers anything an outdoor enthusiast could need, from goose-down feather padded outerwear to functional accessories like tents and sleeping bags ― and of course, the ultimate hiker essential: durable footwear.

A co-branded leather hiking boot complements the collection with three smooth neutrals — brown, black and cream — finished with a Goodyear-weted sole, rope-like laces and the collab's logo sported on the side. Durable materials and a chunky sole ensure the pair is able to survive the elements, if you choose to actually take on the wilderness in couture.
