*god* created The Big Lebowski specifically for the Sheats-Goldstein residence: the dopest spot 2 to have a white Russian.
The Sheats-Goldstein is a 60s maison located in Benedict Canyon, Beverly Hills.
U might remember it from 'The Big Lebowski', where our dear Dude finds himself in a house owned by the pornographer Jackie Treehorn, and then spends a looong time in a leather sofa saying f*.
The house was built into the sandstone of the hillside, much like a cave, and it turns out to be a tr00 example of organic architecture in the USA.
Throughout its history, the Sheats-Goldstein house was *the* place for other stories. It also features the 2003 'Charlie’s Angels Full Throttle', 2001 'Bandits', as well as the television show 'Southland'.
Not long ago, the Sheats-Goldstein's owner donated the house and its contents to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) in the hopes that the house inspires future architects and gives everyone a gr8r appreciation for contemporary architecture.
White Russian cheers to that. 🥛
