Delvaux's leather heritage gets captured by TAVO Studio
Founded in 1829, Delvaux is the world's oldest leather goods house ― and the Belgian brand is still dropping instant classics to this day.
Having made significant lasting impact on the industry as the first brand to introduce seasonal collections, Delvaux has become world-renowned for their innovative designs and unbeatable commitment to leather craftsmanship. One of their latest additions to their classics collection joins stars like Le Brilliant ― originally designed in 1958 and still produced today.
Taking an ultra-contemporary approach to a casual day bag, the So Cool design is completely handmade in the brand's current homes of Belgium and France ― and has gained plenty of relevance since its initial 2018 drop, thanks to a distinctly supple quality and top functionality provided by premium quality leather.
With a super lightweight construction around a spacious interior, the adjustable piece is versatile for any function ― and Delvaux tasked Madrid-based TAVO to capture its essence and quality on video after its 2020 reinvention. Intensely detailed shots showcase the top quality leather grain of the piece, and you can practically feel how supple the bag is thru the footage. A variety of lighting and angles enhance just how versatile the piece is, while highlighting every detail of the craftsmanship.
