Berlutis distinctive touches are all-present
Berluti presented us the most stylish way to hit the beach: a Beach Buggy that pays homage to the rebellious and carefree lifestyle of the 1960’s Southern California. This elegant, fun throwback, all wrapped in leather may be the most amazing ATV you can buy. 🏖️
Take a sneak peek at the back of the car and you'll be pleased to find Globe-Trotter luggage encased in black leather and a palladium-finished brass Berluti logo on the hood.
Now let's talk about the key to the unique patinas of Berluti products: the Venezia leather. This exclusive material owes its existence to the genius of Olga Berluti who first developed it using natural and mineral tanning. This process results in supple leather that makes it possible to bring forth colors of unusual depth.
Inspired by the SIGNATURE Canvas created by head designer Kris_Van_Assche and the brand’s recent Globe-Trotter luggage collaboration, this buggy's interior comes fully customized with patinated Venezia leather: the perfect combination of the Maison’s technical expertise and its artisanal know-how.
But producing patinas that gleam like Japanese lacquer requires a suitable base. Olga Berluti also deserves credit for inventing Venezia leather, a leather so supple and fine that it permits all kinds of creative audacity. Its special tanning, exclusively developed by Berluti, gives the pieces a particular flexibility and adhesion. It is a full-grain, uncoated leather made from select skins of exceptional quality. Prioritizing sustainability, all rare leathers from the brand are selected according to strict rules for the preservation of the species.
For those who love the outdoors and cant wait to hit the roads, Berluti’s Buggy is available through special order only.
