Tina has a very large cultural background which existed even before she was born. Daughter of a Togolese father and Italian mother, she also has French and Spanish origins, which she considers far better than having a visa.

It all started with a surfboard.
At age 10, Tina was spotted by a surf brand booker while playing with her surfboard. It was her first job as a model, and what she considers the most special of her entire career. She's currently changed boards, and also changed her wetsuit for leather jackets and sneakers.

In 2017, she made her runway debut during the Haute Couture SS’ for none other than Gaultier. She has since become a favorite model for other big brands like Versace, Bulgari, and Valentino, which released a playful video starring Kunakey to promote their leather bags during lockdown.
