Why the new Batmobile was designed to terrorize.
Life imitates art, right?
Just released, The Batman opened space for a discussion around the new Batmobile between Robert Pattinson, the director Matt Reeves and the production designer James Chinlund.
Designed in every detail to terrorize, like it was coming straight from an horror film, it seems that everything the car does on the screens it’s done in real life too.
A more classic take that still matches Pattinson’s acclaimed acting, these wheels were inspired by common aesthetics found on ‘50s & ‘80s muscle cars.
Featuring a full black high-end leather upholstery and a V8 exclusive engine and twin turbo, the vehicle totally reflects what the development of the messy and emotionally chaotic 10th Batman was really about.
