This unique Air Jordan 1 by Ceeze x Poshmark can be yours.
That's the kind of shopping that doesn't weigh on your conscience, and uniting sneaker culture with a good cause could only be a Ceeze's thing.
We recently spoke with the brand's founder, Connor Seltz, so it's no surprise that he's involved in yet another positive initiative for the community, just as he's been in one for the environment.
This time, Ceeze launches with Poshmark, the social marketplace that has always worked to unite the community of style entrepreneurs, two unique custom designs: an Air Jordan 1 and Ceeze's first handbag, both in red Nappa leather with a custom alligator emboss.
Seltz explained to us that it's a detail that obviously doesn't involve exotic leather, and embossing is a way of bringing out the alligator look but staying in a sustainable chain with carefully sourced Nappa leather. "You wanna find those right, sustainable farms which are doing the right thing, even if it costs a little bit more", he said.
These 1 of 1 designs are part of a raffle for the Fashion Scholarship Fund, “a non-profit organization that awards scholarships and provides mentorship and career opportunities to up-and-coming fashion students.”
Tickets for the raffle started being sold on the 15th, and it will run until September 22nd at 11:59 pm PT. One ticket costs US$10 (plus tax), and you can buy as many as you'd like. The winner will be notified by Poshmark itself by email within 10 days after the raffle closes.
Try your luck at Ceeze’s Poshmark closet and help this cause here.
