Has Olivia Rodrigo found her teenage dream?
The celebrations are there to end some cycles and start new ones. It could be a 16th birthday along with the expected driver's license or the graduation from high school telling you “hey, you're an adult now.”
That's not to say the golden years are over, see Olivia Rodrigo for example, living her own teenage dream after turning her prom into the best event of the year so far. She never had a real graduation — homeschooled kid — but she decided to call her best friends and sing the hits from her album Sour in a YouTube gig.
If you still think she's just the driver's license singer — the hit that just joined Spotify's billion club — we recently listed 5 things you should know about her, including the obsession with leather boots. But if you've already put a butterfly 🦋 next to your name and got a new breakup song thanks to an 18-year-old, know that she can't wait to start a tour.
Also, according to Clash magazine, on which Olivia made the cover wearing leather platforms, shiny boots, and tulle dresses, there is a theory that Sweet, a second album, is on the way. To that, she just replied “a very interesting rumor,” which will keep a lot of people busy writing theories for a long time.
For the future, Olivia keeps taking care of her mental health and not letting social media mess up how she sees herself. At work, she still wants to record something with St. Vincent and Jack White. Until then, she's living a dream and doing everything she's ever wanted to, after all, it doesn't seem so brutal out here.
Will Madonna record with her boyfriend? Check out.
