Check the upcoming leather uppers by Travis Scott x Nike.
When Scott is in the room, daringness is the least we expect.
The rapper who’s been shaping a solid path in music, design, and sneaker culture has teased us with an updated take on Nike's Air Max 1.
During his Celebrity Softball game in Houston, Travis Scott wore the leather kicks which draw inspiration from Nike's All Conditions Gear (ACG) Pocket Knife sneaker and also Cactus Jack’s creative legacy.
The combination of nubuck leather and patterned overlays in brown schemes reminds us of the classic silhouette from the '90s.
Meanwhile, the reverse Swoosh, Scott’s signature on Nike’s uppers, and the Cactus Jack logo on the tongue give the contemporary touch that makes the pair unique.
La Flame’s & Nike’s stans won’t need to wait much longer, as the release is expected to happen on Dec. 16 at SNKRS and selected Nike retailers.
While you wait for his next collab, take a closer look at the newest addition to Scott’s car collection.
